REMEMBER...we CANNOT be on private porches / patios or decks of the trailer's that are seasonal residents there. Those are private property and off limits. We also need to clean the site before we leave so please help us pick up at the end of each day. This is most appreciated as no one wants to be there very long at the end of the racing day on Sunday.
There is very limited space for chairs so plan ahead.
The weather forecast....
Boat line ups should be out from the coaches shortly (I'm sure that the athletes know), and we will send them along when available
Look for our tent - just past the boathouse parking area. We have a RED TENT with a banner with our logo! We traditionally have a little bit of room for the athletes to sit around the tent and ask parents to ensure that there is space for the athletes.
Remember to let our athletes eat first if they are in line around you, they traditionally have a tight schedule of racing and need to ensure that they eat in advance of their racing.
Many hands make the heavy lifting easier and THANK YOU for helping us fill many of the slots for foot items. Always looking for help in the AM with set up and in the afternoon with break down! If you have signed up for items that are needed for feeding the athletes in the AM please either bring them EARLY or bring them Sat after practice when the bus returns to Baker and send them with the LaFrance's. We need these items to feed our athletes before their race.
